09.12.2011 The 4th Friisberg & Partners Researchers’ Seminar took place during the 67th Friisberg & Partners International ConferenceWithin the frame of the 67th Friisberg & Partners International Conference held in late September 2011 in Stratford-upon-Avon, England, the 4th Friisberg & Partners International Researchers’ Seminar took place, joining the Friisberg specialists from different countries.
The seminar was conducted by Christine Last, an independent Consultant-Researcher in Life Sciences with long-time experience.
Nine Researchers from Sweden, the UK, Hungary, Lithuania and Russia participated in the seminar, where Christine Last shared the secrets of HR market research, the preliminary search, the latest technologies in research, detailed schemes of work with clients to achieve maximum information on the profile of ideal candidate for further efficient search, proper planning of successful work with the so-called "difficult Searches" and, of course, effective communication and maintaining relations with potential candidates.
Anastasia Kolesnik, Researcher from Russia, said: "I was able to visit such kind of events for the first time. Christine enthusiastically shared all her know-how and best practices. Each of us had the opportunity to share catches at the seminar. We have examined the real "Difficult Search" we are working with till nowadays, and exchanged ideas of further improvement of efficient search. It is pleasant to meet colleagues from other countries to feel the difference in approaches and discuss it with a real specialist with extensive experience."
